Born in London, England on the morning of June 17, 1907. His parents are unknown but it is presumed they were of the Rosier family. It is rumored his mother died in childbirth. After birth lived in the Marlowe Mansion in Edinburgh, Scotland.
He attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 1919 and was sorted into Slytherin House. During school he began practicing the dark arts.
He was known for always being around women but, never could be tied down. After graduation he worked for the ministry of magic. He graduated from Hogwarts and was married to Katiya Maxmillian in 1928 (age 21). She was a year older than him and very opposite. He noticed her when they were at Hogwarts, as she was in Gryffindor House and was know that she had fun. The couple had their first and only child, Nelissius in 1929 at age 22.
Cassius was never fond of his wife, and after Nelissius was born they saw no further need to see each other. He was running around having affairs typically when work was not going on. Katiya died in 1936 when she encountered a severe cold and died. Now Cassius was free to go along and have any any affairs undetected now.
After the death of Katiya, Cassius spent many hours in the muggle world while his son was left with the nanny Letitia Dunbar. His most famous affair was with the muggle Merithra Flinad. Merithra became pregnant with their child Marriat when Cassius was 32 years old. Their affair continued and their parented another child named Marov in 1941.
Voldemort began to rise and Cassius desired to become allies with him.
